Most survey sites pay by check or paypal. You obviously receive the payment must faster by paypal. But if you don’t have a paypal account, it will depend on your locations on when you are going to receive the check. If you location is in the same country as the survey sites, you will receive the check in a few days. Otherwise, you probably will receive it in 2-3 weeks.

A legitimate survey site doesn’t require you to have a credit card, you are paid for answering legitimate market research questions and that’s it, unlike a get paid to site, which requires you to signup to offers under the inaccurate name of "surveys". If I was you I wouldn’t be looking at what sites pay the fastest but what site pays the most, lets face it what would you prefer 80 cents and getting paid within 24 hours or $10 for the same survey and having to wait a month to get paid? I’d take the $10 anyday.
That being said, I’ve been a member of http://www.survey-head.com for a little over a year and made about $100 that has been paid to my paypal account. It may not sound like a lot but I didn’t have to do a lot for it either. Might be worth your while checking it out.
