Basically, im 17 and there are literally NO part time jobs where i live. Instead somebody recommended paid surveys. this sounds good but i know some websites are dodgey. can anybody be really truthful with me and recommend a reliable paid surveys site please

Any site with a fee, is a scam.
The legit ones pay very little. You might make $25 after 6 months or more.
